Standard operating process for every job — direct client and builder-referred.
Direct Client Jobs
Client contacts via website, Rocky chatbot, or referral. Log as lead immediately in the dashboard with source tagged.
Book within 48hrs. Harry or Ronny attends. Record all findings in the Inspections module — photos, measurements, issues noted.
Itemised quote issued within 24hrs of inspection. Include cut list if Colorbond. Payment terms: 10% booking, 30% materials, 30% progress, 30% completion.
Client signs off. Booking deposit collected. Job added to schedule. Crew briefed. Lead status updated to Converted.
Harry leads crew. Daily Activity Reports filed. Progress photos at each milestone. Job status updated in dashboard.
Walkthrough with client before final invoice. Site left clean. Job status set to Complete. Request Google review.
Builder-Referred Jobs
Builder contacts Ronny directly. Log in leads with source tagged as "Builder Referral" and builder name in notes.
Obtain plans from builder. Review scope. Confirm inclusions and exclusions in writing before quoting.
Quote issued to builder, not end client. Separate pricing from direct client rates. Include provisional sums if plans incomplete.
Coordinate with builder's program. Confirm slab/frame readiness before committing crew. Add to schedule with builder contact noted.
All variations approved in writing before proceeding. Harry to notify Ronny of any scope changes same day they arise.
Invoice builder on PC. Note defects liability period. Follow up for referrals to next project.
